web2.0 and IPTV

First, watch this video at youtube
Write your thoughts on this video. What is it about? What are the points and issues that the author of this video tries to express? Then, read this article, What is Web 2.0?, which is written by O’Reily (the owner of “the O’Reily” publication company. What are the issues here in this article? Are there any similarity and/or dissmilarity between the two expression? What is the better method to show or disseminate the idea of Web2.0?
Lastly, pick up the web services (web sites) in Korea similar to what O’Reily points out as examples (such as youtube.com and many others in his article). What are their characteristics and why did they succeed among many web sites? In what ways, are they following the web 2.0 ideas?
Then, think of applying these services and ideas into IPTV services. What are the possibilities? (2-4 pages)
Second, briefly write down the service (application) that you want to make for this semester. This should includes (1) the nature of the service; (2) the target users (audiences); (3) justification of your thoughts on why this should be a success (as an IPTV application); and (4) your research on whether similar services (applications) are already found in outside of the world. Then, gather with your two other group members; and compare yours ideas with others; and discuss what are the strength and weakness. This paper should include the above (1)-(4) items; and the strength and weakness that are mentioned in your group meeting. (1-2 pages)
